No way would I miss the grand opening of the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror at DCA! My friend Ashley and I went on its third day of (official) operation and rode it seven times. Bottom line: it's great! We both liked the pacing of the Florida version better, but it's still an excellent addition to a park that really needed it. I can't wait to ride it again!
About the Photos
On this trip, I brought along the Nikon D70 and a 18-70 mm lens. I've reviewed this camera on my DCRP site.
Each picture you'll see on the next several pages will be a smaller version (usually 800 x 600) of the original. Under most (but not all) photos there will be a link to a much larger version which looks really nice when printed or used as a desktop background.
